Bookings & Confirmation
- Your reservation request is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or get contacted by one of our customer support representatives.
- Please review the trip details carefully. If corrections are needed contact us as soon as possible at 1.407.698.4330.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.
- After you submit your reservation request, we will contact you by email or phone within 24 hours to confirm the reservation.
- You will receive a trip confirmation and invoice by email upon confirmation.
- If for some reason you do not hear from us within 24 business hours of booking your reservation, please contact us at 1.407.698.4330 or by email at reservations@dubaigoluxury.com
Fees & Gratuity
Fees
- We quote all of our rates in US dollars.
- The minimum reservation duration for hourly charter service is 5 hours. (subject to seasonal increase).
- For prestige cars, there are specific minimum rates.For more information, please visit our website or reach out to our customer service team.
- All of our chauffeur service rates include tolls, fuel fees, administrative fees, and taxes.
- We charge a 5% additional service fee.
- Every hourly hire charge is rounded up to the closest hour.
- All entrances and parking are subjected to additional fees.
- Each reservation starts with the specific pick-up point and ends with the entered destination.
- Bookings made for Independence Day, Thanksgiving, December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1 may incur up to an additional 100% fee on the standard rates published or quoted through other communication channels. Any additional rates will be communicated to you before your booking is confirmed.
- DubaiGoLuxury.com reserves the right to adjust rates during public holidays and special occasions, without any prior notice.
- Customers must pay additional fees following our website's rate structure if there are any changes such as traveling additional miles on the journey beyond what was included at the time of booking the reservation.
- Any changes to the original reservation will incur the appropriate fee adjustments.
- Our quoted rates for chauffeur services include multiple stops and waiting periods, covering up to 250 kilometers (approximately 155 miles). Should the journey exceed this distance, an additional charge of $1.75 per kilometer (or around $3.80 per mile) will apply.
- For services extending beyond the agreed duration, an extra charge of $25 per hour will be incurred, calculated in one-hour increments.
- We are committed to providing transparent and fair pricing and will ensure you are informed of any additional charges in advance.
Gratuity
- Quoted rates do not include Gratuity.
- We encourage you to pay the drivers gratuity directly.
Additional Child Seat(s):
- The quoted rate includes one free child seat upon advanced request.
- Additional child seats can be provided upon advanced request at the additional rate of $20 per seat each way.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the reservation date will not be subject to any charges.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the reservation date are subject to a 50% cancellation rate.
- Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the reservation date are subject to a 75% cancellation rate.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date will incur a 100% cancellation rate.
Refunds
- A full refund will be issued for reservations canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- A charge of 50% of the total reservation invoice amount will be applied to your credit card on file if your reservation is canceled less than 14 days and more than 7 days prior to the reservation date.
- A charge of 75% of the total reservation invoice amount will be applied to your credit card on file if your reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to the reservation date
- Due to scheduling costs, No Refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup time.
- There will be a 100% charge of the total trip amount in case of a no-show or no-call.
- No refunds will be provided if you decide not to utilize the service once pickup time has passed.
Schedule Changes
- If for some reason you need to change your pickup time, we will be glad to accommodate your request based on availability.
- Schedule changes are provided FREE (no charge) but will require no less than 72 hours advanced notice before pickup time.
- A fee might apply for any schedule change requests with less than 72 hours notice before the pickup time. In such case the fee will be calculated as follows:
- $50 Schedule Change fee.
- Plus, there is a waiting time fee for any driver waiting (idle) time caused by the short notice schedule change based on the booked vehicle hourly rate.
- Plus any other cost incurred due to the short notice schedule change.
- Any additional rates due to a short notice schedule change will be applied to your invoice and charged to the credit card provided on file.
DubaiGoLuxury.com Responsibilities Include:
- Providing customer support via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.
- Our chauffeurs reserve the right to determine and select the route to ensure a seamless and timely journey.
- DubaiGoLuxury.com will make every effort to provide the vehicle you have requested. However, in the unlikely event that we cannot do so, we reserve the right to offer a comparable vehicle in type and capacity. And you will be informed accordingly.
- DubaiGoLuxury.com only works with carefully chosen partner operators who have the same high standards as us.
DubaiGoLuxury.com is not Responsible for The Following:
- DubaiGoLuxury.com takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to any belongings or luggage carried in the vehicle.
- DubaiGoLuxury.com strives to ensure that drivers arrive on time; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, accidents, mechanical issues, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or construction work.
Behavior, Conduct, and Restrictions
Behavior
- DubaiGoLuxury.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is deemed to be a nuisance or danger to any passengers or employees of DubaiGoLuxury.com.
- According to the regulations for safe roads, the general obligation is to wear seat belts. The chauffeur has the obligations and responsibility for the safety of the passengers, therefore passengers must follow their instructions, it is prohibited to open the doors when the vehicle is in motion, to throw objects from the vehicle, and/or to stick out body parts or scream out loud.
- Customers are completely responsible for any interior damage they do to the car and will be charged for any repairs, including cleaning and/or detailing the vehicle, or any work required to return the vehicle to its original state of hire.
Conduct of Passengers
Client shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.
Restrictions
- Prohibition of Weapons, Explosives, Oxygen, Pets, Livestock, and Other Dangerous Or Unusual Cargo Weapons of any type, including firearms, are strictly forbidden whether in baggage or carried by the passenger) at any time.
- Transportation of explosives, fireworks, and other flammable, combustible, toxic, or otherwise dangerous material or items or pets or livestock of any kind is also strictly forbidden, even if intended to be transported in the baggage compartment of the vehicle.
- If previously approved by the Company, oxygen for medical use is permitted but is so used at the sole responsibility of the Client.
Lost Properties
No Show Policy
If the client fails to arrive at the designated pickup point at the agreed time, the full rate quoted for the original reservation will be charged, and any payments made will be non-refundable.
DubaiGoLuxury.com will send payment reminders if the client does not settle the invoice by the due date. If payment is not received within 42 hours of the scheduled hire time, the booking will be deemed canceled.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, please notify DubaiGoLuxury.com of your complaints within 14 days. We take all complaints very seriously and will make every effort to reach a fair and amicable solution.
Disputes
If there is a dispute regarding DubaiGoLuxury.com's charge calculation, the client must notify DubaiGoLuxury.com within 14 days of receiving the invoice. If no such notification is received within this period, the client will be deemed to have accepted the charges as accurately calculated.
If there are issues about how to interpret the terms and conditions of the agreement, DubaiGoLuxury.com's decision will be final and binding upon the Customer.
Alter Terms & Conditions
DubaiGoLuxury.com reserves the right to amend its 'Terms & Conditions' at its sole discretion, provided reasonable notice is given to the client. Additionally, DubaiGoLuxury.com retains the right to revise tariff charges as necessary.
No representations, modifications, additions to these 'Terms & Conditions,' or warranties made by anyone claiming to act on behalf of DubaiGoLuxury.com will be valid unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of DubaiGoLuxury.com.
